Note: You are responsible for paying the one-time fee of $55 to the state to activate your registration, once recommended, paid directly to the State through MedicalMarijuana.ohio.gov
Refund policy
If during your initial visit, it is found you do not qualify for Medical Marijuana in Ohio, you will receive a refund of $120.
Seniors and Veterans receive a refund of $65.
